Cancellation Policy

At Botanic Bliss, we believe in transparent business practices. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers are allowed to cancel their order only before admin confirmation. Once the order is confirmed by our admin team, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option remain in Pending status until reviewed and confirmed by the admin.

Customers may cancel COD orders only while the order is in pending status. After admin confirmation, COD orders cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid / Online Payment Orders

Orders placed using online or prepaid payment methods are automatically confirmed. Therefore, such orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Important Notes

Cancellation requests received after order confirmation will not be entertained. Botanic Bliss reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
