No Refund Policy

Currently, Botanic Bliss does not offer any refunds. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Prepaid / Online Payment Orders

Orders placed using prepaid or online payment methods are automatically confirmed. As a result, such orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may be cancelled only while they are in pending status before admin confirmation. Once confirmed, COD orders are not eligible for any refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In rare cases where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear supporting images. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of Botanic Bliss.

Important Notes

Refund requests raised after order confirmation or outside the specified reporting period will not be accepted. Botanic Bliss reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
