Currently, Botanic Bliss does not offer any return or exchange policy. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, all sales are final.
All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, including but not limited to herbal, wellness, and personal care items.
In rare cases, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is incorrect as per your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
Requests raised after the specified time or without proper evidence may not be accepted. Botanic Bliss reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any return-related concern.
